Job Description

 

 Duties include coordinating with the Sales Manager to develop strategies, goals, sales leads and client relations.  Performance of job site visits to develop Project Scope of Work and Job Site Data Acquisition. Project development, engineering, proposal development and project management required, along with ability to close sales. Other assistance as needed to help the department ensure 100% satisfaction of clients. This position is commission only.   

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Developing sales leads using cold calling, networking and other marketing techniques
  • Use of client database and scheduling software following the Touch Point process
  • Project design, engineering and cost estimating
  • Job estimating using plans and drawings
  • Knowledge of proper safety requirements
  • 100% commissioned sales experience is preferred
